Recipes

Doctors for Nutrition have a great range of delicious and health-promoting recipes that you can download for free. I was involved in the development and reviewing of these. They are available as downloadable recipe cards. Most of the recipes can be made in under 30 minutes. You can find the recipes here.

  • Educational Documentaries

    Many of these are available on Netflix, some on Youtube. For others you have to go to the website (just Google the documentary name) where there is generally a small fee to stream the movie.

  • Forks over Knives - a powerful doco. Available on Youtube for$1.99 or via the website of the same name. Lots of great resources there
  • The Game Changers - exec producer is James Cameron (Avatar, Titanic etc). About elite athletes who are plant based for better performance and recovery.

  • The Corinne Nijjer podcast - a delightful Melbourne woman. Lots of great stories of people's recovery journeys. Corinne previously had Hashimoto's and Multiple Sclerosis

  • Plant Proof - with Australian Simon Hill
