Consultations available in person, or via telehealth (Zoom, Skype or phone).
Pre-consultation includes reviewing your medical history, medications, past and present dietary patterns and current lifestyle behaviours. I then meet with you either in person or online for 1 hour to review your goals and then create a customised intervention, tailored to you and your specific needs. I will then follow up with an extensive email with a summary of our session, containing resources, recipes and links to help you on your health journey.
Medicare rebates are available where there is an Enhanced Primary Care (EPC) referral from your GP. These are for chronic health conditions such as obesity, heart disease, diabetes, high blood pressure, autoimmune disorders, gastrointestinal problems etc. You can generally phone your GP clinic and ask for an EPC referral to be faxed or emailed to me.
Private health insurance will often pay a proportion or all of my fee depending upon your policy.

Ongoing support is one of the strongest methods for success in making permanent lifestyle changes. You’ll receive frequent check ins, personalised guidance, and evidence-based recommendations.

A periodic half-hour catch up can be really helpful for accountability and keeping you on track.
Peter is experienced in delivering workplace health programs which deliver outstanding positive health benefits, increased employee engagement, increased productivity and reduced employee absenteeism.
These can be delivered in a variety of formats to meet your needs, including a 21-day kickstart health improvement program, shorter or longer versions as required, or as one or more half or one day seminars.
The programs are delivered by myself and a team of nutrition-qualified experts.
Supports offered to participants can include regular face-to-face group meetings, pot-luck lunches, a 100-page manual and recipe book, email and Facebook group support, meal planning, cooking classes and other resources as appropriate.
